i met a girl on vacation, we had sex and now shes ignoring me?

i met this girl shes a bit younger than me on a cruise. we hooked up and she was sayin how she wanted to marry me, move to my state and be with met, she even said she loved me. 5 days after we got back she totally stopped talking to me. she put something on her twitter about wanting to make a huge change and how unhappy she is. and something about not wanting to go to the hospital again. why would she just completely stop talking to me. if she gave me closure i'd be cool. why would she 180 on me over night>
why wouldn't she have the decency to say i made a mistake or had some closure
 
You were used my friend. Sounds like she was on the rebound. She was looking for a one nighter and she found you. Get over it and move on.
 
Well, maybe she regrets what she did and is trying to start a new life. Maybe it was a one night stand.

Or maybe she said those things because she's kinda like the chick from 'The Wedding Crashers'.
 
reading what she wrote she is down right now and discouraged its not you at all. Try to talk to her and then let her have some time.
