I messed up a little

I have backed up all my files with vNavigator and I have performed a format of the memory. Now I can not return the address book entries and appointisments to the phone so now I'm kind of screwed. How can I fix all this?
 
I managed to put them in the phone with vNavigator but now it won't recognise them
it is as if nothing was there

pls help me to fix this
 
and it'd probably be hlepful for you to know what my phone is. It's CX70 SW43 - I forgot to mention that, sorry
now I hope someone will be able to help me
