I may sound like an idiot. 1996 chevy Lumina question. ?

Ok so the time just changed right. Well i'm too much of an idiot to figure out how to change the time on the clock. i don't think i have an hour or minute button. i don't really have any buttons on my radio except power and some weird little D something button.

How do i change it?
