I may have the opportunity to study in Oxford, but I need financial support?

I am a Chinese citizen, and currently studying in the University of Iowa. Recently I am applying for graduate programs in the US and UK. This morning, I got an E-mail from an Oxford Professor, and he encouraged me to apply for his lab as a DPhil applicant. But the 3-year doctoral program cost 60,000 pounds.
Abosolutely I need financial support!

Can anybody find me resources?
