If you know that she like you too than any sort of convo. will work coz she also must be waiting for you too begin. Waiting too long will annoy her and it might be harder to resolve it than. So just start with what ever you will comfortable....like hi i am....or hey so out for shopping or can i help you...or excuse me can you tell me where is....or any thing dear. All the Best.
