The haven't changed their name (although some might). What they change is the email address they're sending from. Many spammers have programs that generate one address after another, slightly changing from the one they had before. They pretty much have an endless supply. That's why it's almost pointless to block them by marking them as spam. There isn't much you can do really. Just never open them, and delete them.
