I made a mistake and did a Top-Up from my cell phone and it took off $20.00 off of my cell phone and I would like Virgin Mobile to put it back on my cell phone and I will add the $20.00 from the computer. I was trying to add $20.00 to my acct. so I would have over $50.00, not what you did by subtracting the money from my cell phone. Thanks.
