If u drive less ( small range of km eg. in cities) then the petrol version is good. But if u cover large distances everyday (eg. travel to offices, highways etc) then just blindly go for diesel variant.
petrol will give u great power but u will have to compromise your mileage. Petrol will give u a mileage of around 12 (city) & 15 (highway) whereas diesel will give u a very good mileage of around 14 ( city) & 17.5 (highway).
