I love to debate creationists. It is a favourite hobby of mine.?

What I find with them is that there are many on YA who make wild statements of FACT. When you go to email them to get their references, they have their emails turned off, nearly all of them. I have gotten into some good debates but when you pin then down , they simply stop responding to your emails! I produced evidence for one creationist that the earth was at least 160,000 years old. These were due to Ice cores from Greenland, showing layers. He enquired for how we knew each layer represented a year. (They never do their own research). I explained how the scientists had observed the layers forming over years and showed an increase in CO2 200 yeasr ago at the beginning of the industrial revolution. A similar increase was seen 2000 years ago during the Roman Empire (not as big). He then claimed fraud by the scientists, and I pointed out that there were many unaffliated groups there all getting the same results. He then claimed a conspiracy. I countered with the fact that scientists from other countries in the Antartic were getting even older results, up to 500,000 years. He then stopped emailing me. Typical ? any creationist got anything to say?
