I lost my t-mobile phone and sim card! HELP PLEASE!!!!!?

Ok, I lost my phone (my first time) in my house and i am pretty sure no one stole it though. And my sim card is in my phone too! If I go to a Mobile store, will i have the same number? And Will my contacts still be there? Please help!!!!!! Idc about the price but please the most important things are my phone contacts!
 
call t mobile with a different phone and ask them to suspend your phone ( if stolen ) . if you get a new sim card , they can disable the one you lost and transfer your contacts , etc into your new sim card .
