I was told to download the application and bring it in between 2 and 4. ok, I did this. I dressed very neat and professional. I have lots of experience and put it in my application. So I go in and ask to speak with the manager. The hostess tells me that they will call if they want to set up an interview. I am in my early 30s. is that the problem? Why am I not getting a call for an interview? The Olive Garden and I are a good match and it is right near my apartment. Please help. What am I doing wrong?
