I lost my grandmother in march and i am still very sad?

My grandmother passed away in her sleep March 21,2010. Im sooo sad. And I don't know what to do anymore. March 21 was also the day my hockey team lost the state championship. I miss her sooo much. How can I deal with this sadness.. help
