You need to have the same type of charger as the original one.
It doesn't matter if it's from the official company or another company, just as long as it has the same connection and says it's compatible with your type of headset.
UNLESS your headset uses AA or AAA batteries (or any other type of batteries) then you won't need a charger. You'll just need to replace the batteries.
