The car is a complete loss and I only have PLPD on it. The person I loaned it to was at fault and won't return my calls anymore. She wasn't injured at all but when I call just to say hi she won't answer or bother calling back. She said it was the other persons fault but now I have the police report and it was her fault. I hate to take a complete loss on the car, is there anything I can do?
