I live where there are over 10,000 people and we only have one fast food restaurant.?

I wanted to know how do I go about getting other fast food restaurants in my city? The people who live here also have one grocery store as well. So we have to drive 15 - 20 miles to the next grocery store/fast food restaurant, can any body help me plz?
