I'm 6'4" tall and am looking for a fuel efficient standard motorcycle and I would rather not buy a moped or a small wheeled scooter. I've spent time in Vietnam and rode 125 cc "underbone" style motorcycles, Does anyone know why these are not available in the U.S?

If there is nothing available in the U.S., do you know where I can get info on importing a motorcycle of this description. I beleive there is currently a need for this type of motorcycle in the U.S.
