as inlaws and great uncles? the owner of ag country propane keeps calling my husbands great uncle and his parents to talk about my acct. when i have not given him permission to and he has called other vendors and merchants to discuss my acct or payments i have made. essentially he also stood in the way of my propane leak getiing fixed for seven months so my family and i smelled raw propane for the entire time

No, they can't. It is weird they would even have the names, let alone the numbers of your relatives.

They cannot actually discuss your account, but if you listed them as "references" on your contract with the original vendor, they can call the people you listed to inquire about your whereabouts if you have not answered their calls or letters.
