My Japanese kitchen is small and my appliances are limited. I have a blender, large pot, sauce pan, reg. pot, and a horribly small japanese oven, about the length of a shoe box and about as deep. I really miss good BBQ and motivated to make some tender ribs for myself tonight. Just a good meal to remind me of the states while I finish my overseas tour. Can anyone give me a method to pull this off? Thank you.
