...Council. Been told : if you don't? of the council, been told if you don't pay your hundreds of bill, you will end up paying the court.?? As a single person AND besides I looked up my water meter, before I could SEE it, it was full of dirty soil and mudd. I believe, NOBODY read the water meter, the council stinks...
