There was this girl i dated back in november. we never got to the point of love. we got together so fast and barely knew eachother. we started dating 5 days after we met eachother. us barely knowing eachother was pretty much the reason we broke up. she ended up saying "friends for now" so thats what we were. about a month later she started daying her life long best friend but he cheated on her and theyre done. but even when she was still dating him she would always talk to me just to see how im doing. we even have got into big arguments over stupid stuff but she always talks to me all the time.
In the last month ive kind of gotten feelings for her again since she tlks to me so much(i like exs again if we talk alot) and shes always talking to me telling me how shes been n what not. her aunt comitted suicide in february and ever since then shes had a hard time sleeping at night and that kind of stuff and i talk to her n tell her its okay and to just keep her head up and things will get better and that type of stuff. she opens up to me about everything. so i recently told her i like her again and she said she doesnt like anyone right now and she wants to do what she wants when she wants with whoever she wants. but she doesnt want to talk to anyone right now or be with anyone and i asked if shed consider talking again and she said not anytime soon because she wants to be by herself.
And the other night she told me how she had to pick up her ex from his friends house because he was drunk and needed dropped of at his moms house and i told her that i dont like hearing about her exs and that stuff because i like her and i told her that when she tells me that stuff its like shes exploiting the fact i like her. and she said she was sorry and she wasnt trying to do it at all and i asked why she always talks to me if she still thinks im cute but doesnt like me. she said "because u know me, ur an great guy, a really close friend to me and i always wanna be close to you. i can trust you and talk to you about anything and i really like that. and i thank u so much for being there for me lately. it has helped so much, but i dont want a relationship right now" and after that convo we talked till like 3am that night. and the last couple of nights she always texts me at like 11 at night when were both in bed just to talk and well talk till we fall asleep each time. im kinda like her best guy friend to her right now. and even if she really doesnt i kinda like her. shes fallen for a best friend before. im like her best guy friend so can a strong friendship turn into a relationship?
