okay that's natural i think but do not go for it okay? That is just not right. Its okay to have feelings to an extent but please I repeat do not act on those feelings. That will stirr up family craziness and it will be just bad
 
What exactly do you need help with? And what do you mean by he is your cousin kinda???? If your not related by blood and you both really like each other then why not go for it. Your dreaming about having sex with him just because you want to and you probably think about it during the day and right b4 you fall asleep at night hence the dreams!
