i have a blackberry curve and recently my ball tract gave out. It seemed there was nothing they could do and were going to send me a new blackberry ( i have insurance) as a last resort they asked me to clean my ball tract real quick and it fixed it, but i was so excited about getting a new phone i lied and said it still didn't work! how closely does verizon look into phones being returned? should i just call and say its fine! i don't want to be charged for a new phone!
