if you have an wet dry vacum yu can try to suction the execess water out of seat or carpet otherwise yu can let it sit in sun and eventually it will dry itself out and quit smelling ,if you want to do more take seats and carpet out of truck and make sure they are dry before you put them back in , some truck seats you can remove the cover , if you can do that the you can get excess water out of foam in seat , thers just so much you can do to help that smell this is just whatd id do .
