B Beentheredonethat Guest Apr 29, 2009 #2 The ideal area would be 100 crunches, 100 push ups with good form, under 10:00 for a 1.5 mile run, and 20 pull ups. Strive to achieve this and yoll do great on all of your PFT. Good luck
