I can do 23 pull ups, 109 crunches in 2 minutes. run mile and half in 9:25. 3 miles in 18:57.
Going in for 0311 infantry. Wondering whats the main things to focus on or be ready for. any tips for boot would be greatly appreciated.

Just move fast, be loud, and do as your told.
It's all mind games and hardly physical. Everything is "yes, sir." "no,sir" "this recruit" "that recruit"
There is no " I " or "me" in boot camp.
Don't be a rat and tell the Drill Instructors if another recruit has done something wrong.
Just do your best and stay strong.
It's much easier then you think.
SOI is easy too.

The hardest part of the Marine Corps I'd say is FMF (Fleet Marine Force)
That's where you're a real Marine and you're in a unit.
Don't be stupid and do as your told.
Don't kiss ass.
Don't be a boot....

You seem more than physically prepared. If you can push yourself at get an 18 on your 3 mile run, you can get yourself a 300 PFT, which may put you in a good position to be an honor graduate, which will net you E-3 (LCPL). But overall, just keep your mouth shut, and your ears open. Don't expect anything because you'll experience much confusion throughout your first few weeks in Boot Camp. But don't worry, 90% of BC is mental. Just listen to your DIs and do what they say - and learn everything they tell you to learn. If things seem overly stressful at times, just remember that everything at BC is designed to break you down and build you back up into a Marine. If you become overwhelmed, and you start to question your reasons for enlisting, remember why you're at BC, and know that thousands upon thousands of men in a similar position as yourself succeeded at earned that Eagle, Globe, and Anchor.

Good luck, future Marine

do not take anything personally and do EXACTLY as you are told and do it quickly and do it right. you are in for a long road of rough days and night. you have made a commitment to the core and you should now make a commitment to yourself to get the most out of your time in service. do your best to learn as fast a you can and always try to be the best at what you do and good things will come your way. when you get tired, scared and lonely, just think of how proud your parents are of you and that when all the training is over and then yo are a marine, yo will be standing on your own two feet and will have a lot of adventure in front of you. it will all be worth it in the end.
