Just don't call me stupid right off the bat I'm just thinking outside the box on this one but I honestly believe that the GM is none other than MICK FOLEY, just look at WWE.COM and you will see how much attention they are paying to him, they just did an interview with him, this could just be because him and Vince are on really really good terms, or Mick is planning on signing back with WWE, or WWE is trying they're hardest to get Foley to sign back with them. IDK but it definitely looks like something we and TNA should pay attention to.
