S Sylar New member Oct 6, 2010 #1 When I lie down straight there is a noticeable, hard lump where my ribs stop on the right hand side on my abdomen. It sounds like a REALLY weird question I know, but I am not sure if it is normal? I sometimes get pain in that area too.
