Ok im a guy and for a while ive been having an itch around my anus ever since like 5 or 7 months first it was near my private area it kept itching and would burn when water or soap was applied. Then near my anus itching and itching and a a little bump and i can only belive it must be red and it won't go away sorry if it sounds nasty but i need some help please. Thank you
