So I'm doing my Christmas shopping a little last-minute. I decided to get one of my friends a shirt from Urban Outfitters because she loves that store, but I don't know what size.
She's...kind of a bigger person. Not fat, but chubby I guess. She SHOULD wear a large, but she *always* buys a medium (which is what I wear, and I'm 20 pounds less than her) whenever she shops there. Mediums don't fit her at all and it doesn't look good.
The thing is, though, I feel like if I got her a large it would offend her or something. I dunno. Should I get her the size I know she wears, even though it doesn't fit her, or should I get her the correct size?
I should also add that she's really not comfortable with her weight and lost quite a bit a few summers ago, but it's all back now. I just don't want to make her feel more self-conscious than she is.
