Hear me out:
Originally, I wanted to try hypnotherapy as another treatment play for severe social phobia.
But after doing a lot of analysis of my social phobia in my therapy sessions, I have determined that my social phobia may be either caused or exacerbated by low self-esteem.
So I said "great, I'll go to hypnotherapy for extremely low self-esteem then." And then, upon further analysis of my low self-esteem (it's actually no self-esteem -- I truly hate myself) in my therapy sessions, I determined that were I not overweight, I might have more self-esteem. Thus, I might not suffer the symptoms of social phobia so greatly or so often. So I thought maybe I should go to hypnotherapy for weight-loss.
So which do you think I should do? For social phobia, low self-esteem, or weight loss?
