Im 17. I bought my first car today. (A Chevy impala. 03) I have a few quick questions.
1. The man I bought the car from said that if I do not pass inspection I should get whatever it is fixed and bring him the bill. If I need a new muffler...which my mom thinks I might....should I bring him the bill? (He Only mentioned caps or belts)
2. My mom said the under the car was rusty...it drives fine but will the rust be a problem?
