i went to the apple store yesterday and played with one for about 30 minutes and its probably one of the most impressive peices of technology ive used

the maps were awesome, the interface was gorgeous, the internet was slow, but impressive, the music and movies were cool, i was just really impressed, everything just worked well

i cant think of anything else that can function like that

i could care less if it has a phone, they need to just make a product like that without phone capabilites for cheaper and without a monthly plan
 
I've owned one for a few weeks now and love it. Contrary to what most 15 year old internet kids say, there's no better phone out there. And honestly $500 isn't that big of a deal for a phone that i'll have for at least two years and actually enjoy using.
 
its a toss up for me between my blackberry 8830 vs the iphone..

they both have features i love... the Iphone wins the cool factor award though
 
yea see thats what i thought too, shit i dont even own an ipod, so i was hesitant, but man that thing was awesome, shit i would like it even more if someother company made a version
 
There is not one thing innovative or new in the iphone. Everything has been done before, except trendy mac fags jump on the bandwagon because they have more money than they do taste.
 
Touch interface? Even my treo has that. Size of screen and GUI are both to be expected improvements that any device should have with constantly improving technology. I've heard the keyboard feels great
 
I've never been an apple fan, but my wife bought me one since it was time for me to get a new cell phone. I had never used it before, but I love it. Its refreshing to use after supporting blackberries to administration at work.
