i know how to eat healthy foods and i exercise... how do i lose weight?

i dont want to depend on calorie counting but i cant seem to figure a comfortable way to lose weight seeing i have ocd and i have to be a control freak with knowing how many calories im taking in.. if im not counting then im presuming im ate too much already and when i do count hate it and im trying to have a low calorie limit.....

im also 24 5'6 175lbs
