I am relatively inexperienced with dating anyone, and now a year long friendship has matured and i finally have a shot with the girl I love. we both agree we are more than friends, but are too groovy to self identify ourselves as boyfriend and or girlfriend... the most affectionate we have gotten outside of intimacy in conversation is holding hands. she has licked the back of my hand jokingly and tonight i shyly returned the favor. she is always going on (seldom do I heed her) about our future plans, and how happy she is despite how unhappy this situation is going to get.
