Okay, so I am thinking a small stud, with a jewel on the end. Something really small and dainty.
And I think I would get it done on the bottom right.
Be as brutally honest as you want. The thought popped into my head a few days ago, and I can't shake it. I've asked friends, but I want an unbiased opinion.
