...muscle? Well it's just an idea. I haven't been able to stop thinking about it for like weeks.
I'd like to lose 5 kilos so i'm round about 100 pounds...
I know losing 5 kilos(or maybe a bit more) wont do it per say, I know its harder than that to become a model, I don't even know if I'd be serious about it anyway.. I'd just like to lose 5-7 kilos, I think I would feel better about myself.
 
fresh lemon water, early morning empty stomach. burns the extra fat u consumed last night.
its gna help you. trust me. n well go on organic diet. will give the exact face features required to attract in the modeling world.
 
Change your diet and go running or jogging, Running doesn't necessarily build muscle up, if you dont go to extreme with it. It keeps you toned and fit. Change your diet too, also alcohol makes you gain weight so can smoking. Dont stop eating altogether, cut out snacks and just have 3 healthy meals a day.

You Dont have to be skinny to be a model!! Some people like using normal average people to be models as it looks good for them and it shows younger people that anyone can be a model.
But if its your dream dont give up.
 
hmm well i wouldnt go through the fuss unless someone feels you have potential as a model, or loosing that weight could be pointless. i was recommended to go and they said i was perfect except few inches to short and my figure wasnt boy-ish enough.

i wasnt fat you just need to have no curves no boobs no ass. you need a strict diet that you must stick to and a lot of will power. exercises would have to be yoga, pilates and general exercises that pretty much just tone you.
