i keep stalling my car.. help!?

i just got a new 6spd manual Nissan 350z but I keep on stalling it! I either let go of the clutch too quickly or not give enough gas! will this damage my car?? and what can i do to be a better driver?!
 
Go into a parking lot and practice until you have it down. You'll get better over time, that's how I felt when I got my 5spd (paranoid).
 
It won't damage your car , If you are new to a stick shift , practice makes perfect. You will get it
