I really want to create a cool site by using HTML. I have software like adobe dreamweaver but I can't figure how to get things the way I wan them. The tutorials I have found have been crappy or at least for me. The farthest I ever got was downloading a file manager and uploading a few files to my once and only hosting company, Host Gator.I don't mind paying someone to create a site but then that would take all the fun out of creating a site I envisioned. Can anyone give me succinct but informative instructions on how to get a BASIC site up first and then I can grow into something better a little later.
