I keep having weird dreams!!!?

I keep having disturbing dreams about death or people dying or being possessed . also, i keep having reoccurring dreams of the ocean and getting caught up in the waves.
i dont understand why i seem to be having these dreams because im not suffering from any personal issues that may bring these thoughts about.

any ideas as to why these themes keep coming up over and over again.
