I keep getting this weird whizzing sound followed by a feeling of being

electrocuted, what could this be? I first started getting it when I had anxiety problems but I still get it every now and again.

Nobody seems to have heard about anything like it, not even on the internet.

Then feeling of being electrocuted from the inside can be quite painful sometimes.
