i keep getting e mails that say that they originate from my e mail address. these e mails contain mainly spam or other undesirable material. i am worried that my identity is being used by someone else who may be using it to spam other people. i know next to nothing about computers but have a regularly updated antivirus/spyware programmes, can anyone help please as i'm not sure what to do about it.
