after about 20 min on the tread i start to feel like i am going to throw up.
ive been going to the gym for about a year now and can ealily pump threw 30mins at 12kph but now i get really sicky.
i eat a healthy diet and dont eat at least 2 hours before the gym and i drink plenty of water
