continues from my son has missed 7 meetings with his probation office.... As I stated in the previous question, a part (small part) wants to be revoked so he will be done with probation. The Other part worries about what will happen to me, as my health has been declining, He hasn't left me alone since before he saw his P.O. He has been a God send to me, since becoming ill. He was given 9 months in jail, served a little over three, and opted ( against my better judgement) for three years probation. Can they sentence him to three years, or only the nine months If he gets revoked, can it still be expunged once he does his jail time?. Now that it's been 7 weeks, he is terrified to call her ( his P.O.)
