was right for breeding.? I don't know anything about breeding, I don't want to "breed" I just want her to have one and then get her fixed, I have homes for the others. Should I contact a professional breeder? How will I know that they know what they are doing if I don't. I am only going to let her breed once, for one to keep, our other dog is getting really old, so she will have company. Then I am getting her fixed. But she has only went into heat a 2 or 3 times, and she is three years old. Is something wrong?
I do know to find a male that is smaller than her so that it is not a difficult labor. And I am not trying to be a BYB so back off! before all of you start telling me to get her fixed, I just want her to have a puppy of her own. then I am getting her fixed. Our other dog is getting really old, (16yr old lab)
