I just upgraded to Bell Fibe 25 today and my IP has already changed 6 times,

why is this and any solutions? I upgraded and they guy installed it today morning (Jan 7), and from noon until right now the IP has changed 6 times, why is this happening it is a very big nuisance.

Please help
