I am a volounteer for St John Ambulance Australia. I know First Aid.
As soon as I stepped on a nail, I quickly lifted my foot up. The nail went directly into my foot. It was just my natural reaction to rapidly lift my foot up. I then cleaned my wound with antiseptic and placed 2 adhesive strips on top, in the shap of a cross. My foot hurts very much and I stand directly on it or I would feel direct pain. Should I go and see a doctor?
