kids ages 11 yr., 5 yr. and 19 months.? The 19 month olds mom said what a great child he is and if he wants to take a nap he will grab his blanket and point to the pack and play to go to bed, she also said he plays great and so on. I have had him now for 3 days. He most certainly doesn't go down for a nap easily, he screams non stop if he doesn't get his way (ie: breaking blinds, opening cupboards, taking a nap etc.) my husband was here today and got so irritated with him that he left for the day. This child is a bit spoiled and he is out of control. I don't want to watch him as he makes the whole atmosphere horrible. He literally screams in anger 90% of the day. What is a good way to tell his mom it isn't working. She hasn't even paid me yet so I don't owe her anything.

It's common courtesy to give her notice of child care termination.
Here's the template I use, just adjust what you want to say and remember parents are often unable/unwilling to see their child's true behavior and teperment, so try to word things so you aren't being critical of their child or their parenting:

This letter will serve as notice of terminition of care for Child's Name for the following reason/s:

I feel that little Johnny would be better suited for an environment where he will receive one on one attention. My attention is divided between all of the children in my care and I feel that Johnny would prefer to have a caregiver who can focus souly on him.

The last day of care will be (give date).

Termination is effective immediately.
