I just spent $30.00 to fill up my car's gas tank. Where is the "hope and change"?

One of the reasons people gave for votin for Obama was that "gas prices will go down". Well guess what baby? They still up and is goin up. Where is da "hope and change"? Or the more things "change" the more they stay the same?
