I just sang in talent show. now my i cant really breath all the way in or swallow without feeling pain?!?

so as i was practicing b4 it started to hurt but i ignored it and sang. now i cant swallow with out it REALLY hurting and when i breath in all the way it hurts!!! so what should i do cuz it hurts!? how long is this suppost to b going on. when will this stop? how do i make it go away?
