I just replaced a headlight in my 98 grand prix and the turn signal flashes but...

...needs to be on constantly also? Im pretty sure it worked right before but i had broke the headlight so i replaced it and now its dark where the running light is. its supposed to be on all the time but only works when i turn the signal on and then it just flashes...can't understand it because the other light works fine...its on constantly like a parking or running light...cant understand y it shouldn't be a separate fuse so that should be fine...what could it be or how can i fix it...its a car well kept up too so the wiring shouldn't be bad
